Enjoy a non-alcoholic seasonal drink on arrival as we welcome you to explore the setting and settle into the space.

Melissa will take you through a guided mediation to set intentions around the warmth and power of the sun on the longest day of the year. We will then move through an empowering yoga practice before settling back down to the ground again ready to receive the sounds.

Carrie will create a powerful journey through tibeten singing bowls, crystal bowls and hand gong, plus other sounds and also silence to move us into a deeper level of conciousness.

Feeling energised yet releaxed, we will then close our practice together.

Those who would like to can then enjoy an evening dip in the beautful spring-fed lake, and those who don't want to get into the water can take an evening walk and take in the beautful surroundings.

We'll gather together on the island to enjoy a shared Solstice summer with seasonal salads, soft drinks or a selection of teas, and some sweet treats.

Finally, receive your gift bags, hugs goodbye and experience the latest sunset of the year around 9.33pm.

With over a decade of experience in beauty and wellbeing, Carrie has immersed herself in sound healing to create a multi-dimensional healing experience. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses sound frequencies to have a profound impact on our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Carrie uses a diverse array of instruments to create a symphony of healing sounds. The singing bowl, renowned for its soothing vibrations, is often a focal point for clearing energy blockages and facilitating relaxation. Additionally, crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, rainsticks, hand pans, sansulas, Koshi bells, and other instruments are employed to create a multi-dimensional healing experience.
