Restorative Yoga

Service Description

This nourishing practice begins with some gentle movement to ease out any kinks and move energy around the body, followed by some really comforting postures to wind down and relax fully. For me this restorative approach has become the perfect balance of movement and rest. A beginner friendly class. Wednesdays 9:30am and Thursdays 7:15pm Thursday classes are taught on alternate weeks by Melissa or Jo. Single class £12 Five class pass £50 Monthly unlimited class pass including online classes £60
