New Year Yoga Reset

A new year yoga session that might just be the change you need!

We will start our morning together by settling into the space with a hot drink, getting to know who we’ll be spending the morning with.

I will lead us through a nourishing, simple yoga practice with guided breathwork to feel grounded.

After our physical practice, we will take a look at how yoga philosophy can help us to live a happier, healthier life, including practical ways yoga can bring about change where we need it.

At the end of the session there will be time for some journalling to capture your own thoughts. I will help as much or as little as you like with these reflections - there will be optional journal prompts to use and an option to continue conversations in smaller groups if you want to.
