About the event

This workshop is the afternoon session of my Yoga and Philosophy Retreat. We'll start the afternoon with a restorative practice and full guided meditation. Following a mid afternoon pause for refreshments, we will get to know some of the theory and practice of yoga for sleep. We will explore how imbalances in the body, mind, and soul can create problems with sleep and, more importantly, how we might go about improving things for ourselves.

You are also invited to join us for a high vibe, plant based lunch with local ingredients in the Cart House, followed by an autumnal walk around the lake if the weather allows.

The day will finish with a closing circle, intention setting for the transition into autumn and, as always, a gift bag.

Please bring a notebook or your journal as there will be moments for journal capture throughout.
