Yoga at Work

Service Description

I can help bring yoga into the workplace through one-off or seasonal sessions including yoga classes and/or breathwork, mediation, and restorative sessions. These sessions are usually aimed at a complete mix of experience and can include chair yoga or other adaptations to make them accessible for all. I will work with you to create a bespoke package, including yoga for away days and staff wellbeing events.
