- A relaxed class to get to grips with the basics -
I have created this class for all of you who are keen to start or restart yoga.
Each class will look at some of the main components of the physical yoga practice: breathing, yoga poses, simple transitions from one pose to another. I will also introduce some of the key lessons we can take from yoga philosophy and include simple meditation techniques to finish each session.
Everyone's welcome and classes are limited to 8 mats so you'll get all the attention you need.
