Mondays 10-11am - Vinyasa

- A vinyasa yoga class to start your week, suitable for all levels of experience -

 

Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a deep relaxation and a few minutes in silent meditation to leave you feeling grounded and calm

£10 drop in / £45 Five class pass (valid for three months) / £60 30-day unlimited

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am - Vinyasa

- A mid-week vinyasa yoga class, suitable for all levels of experience -

 

Expect a gentle warm up, building to some flowing yoga sequences balanced with restorative poses. All classes end with a deep relaxation and a few minutes in silent meditation to leave you feeling grounded and calm.

£10 drop in / £45 Five class pass (valid for three months) / £60 30-day unlimited

Wednesdays 7:30-8:30pm - Yoga Chill

- Come and rest a while -

In this nourishing, relaxing class we move through low impact, flowing sequences, mostly seated or low to the ground, meandering our way towards slowing things right down to stillness.

You will be guided through a curated series of slow flow movements and Yin postures to allow the muscles to relax and provide an opportunity for stillness... something that is often missing in our busy lives. Each class ends in a super relaxing restorative pose with bolsters, blankets, whatever you need to feel fully supported to relax

 

No previous experience of yoga necessary.

Fridays 5:30-6:30pm - Vinyasa

- A vinyasa flow class with an uplifting playlist and a little bit of challenge - 

 

Expect a warming flow to work out the week! We move the body and focus on connecting with the breath to find ways to get out of the head and into to the body.

 

Classes are designed to energise the body, quieten the mind and start the weekend in the best way possible!

Fridays 6:45-7:45pm - New! Beginners Yoga

**No class Friday 21 February (there's a live music event happening at The Fold)**

 

- A relaxed class to get to grips with the basics -

I have created this class for all of you who are keen to start or restart yoga.


Each class will look at some of the main components of the physical yoga practice: breathing, yoga poses, simple transitions from one pose to another. I will also introduce some of the key lessons we can take from yoga philosophy and include simple meditation techniques to finish each session.
 

Everyone's welcome and classes are limited to 8 mats so you'll get all the attention you need.

Monthly Yin, Yang and Saturday Brunch

**Next date Saturday 21 March, 9-11am workshop followed by brunch in the cafe - FULLY BOOKED**

Come and treat yourself to a two hour Yin Yang yoga session, followed by juice, coffee or even a delicious brunch over at The Fold cafe.

Yin Yang workshop - £20

Social in the cafe - optional, and not included in the workshop fee

Private Classes

I don't have any availability for new regular private clients currently, however if you are interested in a one-off session please do get in touch.

Whether you are totally new to yoga and want to get to grips with the basics, you're looking for some balance in your life or you are more experienced and want to deepen your practice, I will work with you to establish a yoga practice that gives you what you need.

Private sessions are £40 per hour in your home, or at a studio venue by arrangement and for an additional fee. Locations outside of Worcester may incur an additional charge to support travel expenses.
